Draft Last updated October 18, 2026

RoomPop is a room planner. We collect as little as we can, only to make the planner work, and we never sell your information or show ads.

Without an account

Your rooms are saved on your own device. So they aren't lost, the planner also backs them up to our servers under a random device code. That code isn't linked to your name or email.

With an account

If you sign in with email, Apple or Google, we keep your email address, the name and picture that service shares (if any), and your rooms, so you can open them on your other devices. Sign-in codes are sent by email through our email provider.

Troubleshooting

When something goes wrong in the planner, it may send us a short error report: what failed, the browser and kind of device, and the app version. These reports contain no name, email, account, IP address or room contents, and we delete them after 90 days.
